Where do I order?

You can pre-order in person when your athlete takes their photo or you can wait and order online at the Online Gallery

How do I see the photos?

When the gallery is ready, you can visit the Online Gallery and log in using your email address and the password that we emailed or texted to you. Search your email for “Hazelwood” if you didn’t see that password. The photos are not posted publicly, so the passwords are required for privacy.

Do I need to arrive with my team?

No, we’ll photograph each athlete individually. We know what team they're on, so we’ll cut out the photos and put the team back together. This keeps everyone moving through the line and we don’t have to wait if anyone is running late.

Do we have to take photos even if we don’t want to order?

Yes, we want our team photo to be complete! Even if you don’t plan to order, please bring your athlete to one of the scheduled days so we can have them in the team photo.

What should I bring?

Come game ready in your uniform and cleats for photos. Bring your glove for sure, we will have brand-new balls. We will not provide bats, so if you want your bat in the photo please bring it.

What day should I come?

Please try to come on the day that your coach assigns. This will help split up the group so lines don’t get too long. Before your game is best so everyone looks fresh. If you can’t make the day you’re assigned just come any day you’re able to make it.

How do I receive my order?

Your printed photos will arrive directly to you by mail (shipping rates apply). Digital orders will be delivered immediately by email in a zip file.
